    McGraw Hill Financial (MHFI) could be in focus after The Wall Street Journal reported that the company’s Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services unit is close to reaching a settlement with regulators over ratings of real-estate bonds. The settlement could result in a suspension of S&P from rating some deals and a fine of at least $60 million, the Journal reports. The stock was unchanged in premarket trading.
